Reseller Account Setup & Payment Terms

We welcome resellers, system integrators, OEMs, contract manufacturers (CMs), service providers, educational institutions, and enterprise procurement teams to partner with Saitech Inc.

Qualified resellers may be eligible for volume-based pricing, project discounts, and flexible payment terms based on business requirements, order volume, and account standing.

Reseller Account Registration

Setting up a reseller account with Saitech is simple and efficient. To apply, please email your reseller certificate, company information, and relevant business documentation to: sales@esaitech.com

Additional verification documents, including banking and trade references, may be requested during the account approval process.

For California-based resellers, please complete the applicable California resale certificate form and provide a valid seller’s permit documentation as part of the registration process.

Payment Methods, Verification & Net Terms

Saitech supports multiple payment options for domestic and international customers, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, wire transfers, and escrow services. Additional verification documentation may be required for certain transactions as part of our fraud prevention, payment validation, and account authentication procedures. Verification timelines may vary depending on the payment method, transaction type, and financial institution requirements.

For payment verification and account authentication purposes, please review and complete the Credit Card Authorization Form where applicable.

Net payment terms may be available to qualified businesses, enterprise customers, government agencies, educational institutions, OEMs, ODMs, contract manufacturers, utility providers, and approved channel partners worldwide. To request Net Terms eligibility and establish a business credit account with Saitech, please complete and submit the Application for Net Terms.

Sales Tax Information

Valid resale purchases may qualify for applicable sales tax exemptions in accordance with state and local regulations. Customers are responsible for providing all required resale or tax exemption documentation during account setup and order processing.

  • Standard warranty coverage applies to eligible products. Warranty terms may vary based on manufacturer, product category, and condition of the item purchased.
  • We support blind drop shipments directly to your customers.
  • Volume pricing and special discounts may be available based on order quantity and payment terms.
  • Certificates of Conformance (COC) may be available upon request for qualifying products.
  • Technical support is available via phone and email for product and order-related assistance.
  • Saitech maintains strong supplier relationships and established business credentials within the technology industry.
