No options for parts on the east coast. eSaitech was super-easy to deal with, had excellent customer service and personal attention, a great price, and got the board delivered by the next morning at a very reasonable price. Truly outstanding!"

posted Aug-02-2011"The customer service is excellent. I had to call to verify the motherboard I was ordering was the correct one. The gentleman assured me it was. The order was placed immediately and confirmation was received very shortly after that. The board was put in UPS in just a little over 2 hours and email confirmation was received with tracking number. Then today I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. Yes I am."

We use them alot. our Rep Radhika is always very helpful. we are a Government Contractor and we purchase items for Military Training Facilities all over the Country. most of the items we need are hard to find and discontinued parts that have not been in production for several years. We know that Saitech is our best resource for these parts. they are usually able to find what we need, while also staying within our time constraint requirements. Radhika is always very efficient, and great with her follow up and keeping us informed of status, and the price is usually reasonable. We are very happy with Saitech, as well as our rep Radhika.
